Virtual Yoga
Our virtual yoga program for adults helps improve flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. We help you put an emphasis breathing and developing a strong core!
Virtual Music
With a focus on popular musical genres, this ensemble-style choir class will focus on sharpening participants singing skills in group while working on an exciting repertoire.

Parent Classes
Virtual Yoga (Ages 20+)
Our adult yoga sessions are geared to beginner and intermediate level practitioners. Each segment of a session is tied together with the ‘flow’ of a Sun Salutation. These flow classes include Power classes which are quite vigorous, Flow classes which still move with the breath but are somewhat gentler, or Gentle flow, which includes “Subtle Yoga” and contra lateral movements, aiding in anxiety reduction, stress release, and support of healthy brain function.
Virtual Music Classes
Lessons include a gentle voice warm up and technique, repertoire selection and arrangement as well as opportunities for solo singing. In this show-choir type of class, we will develop voice technique while singing to favourite musical theatre, pop and folk songs.
